Baseball Game on Memorial Day

On Memorial Day we went to the Historic LaGrave Field to watch a Fort Worth Cats Baseball game. We went with our good friends, the Wildes (yes, Sharla P. Wilde). Luckily the weather could not have been more perfect! The boys eating their snow cones (and they got it all over their brand new white T-shirts...I know stupid to let them where one at a baseball game).
For some reason Caden had to wear his hat this way...all you can do is laugh! We had really good seats and were so close up!

After the Cats won (WHOO!) they had a nice firework show that was really good...then after they said that all kids were allowed to run the bases on the field! They had a blast running the bases...this is them on home plate!
After they ran the bases a sweet lady who worked at the field came up to Caden and asked him, "Do you want to catch a foul ball from the game? Then hold out your hand!" and she dropped the ball into his hand. Talk about making a little boy happy!
