Zoo

We had all sorts of things going on this summer and I had to include them in the good 'ole blog!  Lots of fun family activities that I want to always remember:)  We took a family trip to the zoo...1st time ever I think??  It has always been me and the boys!  In fact we have lived here for almost 5 years and Ben hasn't made the trip yet...why, I don't know!

The boys love feeding the birds, they usually go in there after the world has feed them and they never want to eat any bird seed, but today...they had all sorts of birds eating off their sticks!

Connor's 1st Birthday!

My. Baby. Is. One.  I'm not going to lie to you...it makes me sooo sad!  Time just flew by way too quickly!  So...here are some pictures on his special day!  We had a Cookies and Milk themed party and I got the idea from A Party Style...she is FABULOUS and has amazing ideas!!

We had 10 different kinds of cookies...basically all my favorites:)  We had: Raspberry Thumbprints, Peanut Butter Cup, Triple Chocolate, Snickerdoodle, Chocolate Chip, Sugar, Oatmeal Raisin, OREO, Piroutte, and White Chocolate Lemon.  The favorites: Raspberry Thumbprints and White Chocolate Raspberry...So good!!

This is the other Birthday Boy...my brother Eric and Connor have the same birthday!  So glad he was able to come out and we could celebrate together!!

Connor is IN LOVE with his cousin Henry!  He would just give him hugs whenever he could!  So cute!

A huge thanks to PHIL for being the Grill Master at the party!  It was a GAZILLION degrees outside and having to grill on top of that had to be fun:)

Jenna, Me, and Sharla...BFF's...Sharla is moving to Arizona in a few weeks...we have to get as many pictures together as we can:)  We will miss her!!

Ranger Game

The day before Connors Birthday we had tons of family come in for the BIG occasion...so we all decided to go to a Rangers Game! Even though it drizzled the WHOLE time we were there, it actually was the perfect weather! It was the perfect temperature and we weren't miserable in the heat:) Here are some pics from the game

Noah was so excited to wear his T-ball uniform because his team is the ASTRO's and the Rangers were planing the Astros...how perfect:)

Logan was able to come to the game with us...he is a great baby-sitter:) Thanks for all your help Logan!!

Dallas Nature and Science Museum

My cousin, Jennie and I with our THREE boys apiece:) went to the Dallas Nature and Science Museum...it was so fun and SOOO exhausting! Chasing 6 boys around can be tiring!! It wore them out and they took a nap afterwards....thats all that matters! Here are some pictures of the fun day:

Connor didn't get to participate in much, but they did have a little playground just for the little ones...he loved it! He was all over the place exploring!

T-Ball Game!

Noah decided to play T-ball this year rather than Soccer...he was soo excited for his practices and games!  The first practice he swung so hard he broke the coaches Tee...not good.  I kinda feel bad for him because he is on the 3-5 year old division...he is enormous compared to those cute little 3 year olds!  Its just kind of a weird age grouping...oh well.  Here he is at his first game...he loved every minute of it!  His team name is the Astros.
